Shipping Info: Shipping Policy
All physical items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail within 15 to 45 business days of order date. If you have not received item(s) within 45 business days, please contact vektroidmusic@gmail.com with the details of your order.
Return Policy: Physical item(s) that are defective, the wrong item(s), or in the original packaging can be exchanged/returned within 45 days of shipping date.
Exchanges for digital downloaded items are only available in the case of a corrupted file or non-functioning download link.

Wait for the email confirmation regarding the status, response will be within 3-5 business days.
